From the Offices of the Royal Press, circulated to the city and town presses across Equestria and the Crystal Empire.

It is to be noted, for the good ponies of Equestria, a plot to commit among the foulest of deeds was thwarted today by one Virga de Glaciel, who uncovered a large cell of Changelings. The group, a remnant of the horde defeated by the Elements of Harmony, made the outskirts of Canterlot their home base for a plot to destroy the Royal Academy of Magics, the institution founded and own by our very own Princess Celestia. A chase ensued in the skyway between Canterlot and Ponyville, ending with the apprehension of 39 Changelings. Witnesses report de Glaciel, heralded as the Crystal Empire's record holding flyer, broke the Boom Barrier just outside of Ponyville in the final moments pursuit.

Cloudbirthing: The ethics of some Pegasi, particularly a group ousted from Cloudsdale, and their practice of birthing without safey nets has prompted concerns. Clouds are not pegasi foal-friendly until at least three months. Page 4A.
