Hi! I'm Sweetie Belle! I'm new here, but not really, but kind of. I guess? Uh, anyway, I go to school and learn from Miss Cheerilee who's the best teacher ever and we all love her and I'm part of a group called the CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS!!!!! We try to get our cutie mark because we don't have them and we want them and it'll be great and they'll be the best cutie marks EVER! I also have a sister, Rarity, she makes pretty dresses and she's super nice except when she's being mean, but she's usually nice and we go to the spa and clean her shop and do fun stuff like that. I guess that's it, but if you see me around feel free to say hi!

Greetings! I am Crimson Shadow a Earth Pony that likes to explore and go on adventures. This is my first trip to Ponyville and so far I find you all rather interesting. I have a bit of an Aussie type accent. Got to meet Mbala, Rainbow Dash, Derpy(whom I never icly got her name), and saw Medley along with Skyheart in passing. Look forward to meeting more of you and sharing stories of my travels as well as embarking on new adventures! Attachments:

What ho, what ho, what ho!
Not terribly new any more, but this rather seems the thing to do, what? So, I'll give it a go.
Tweed-Patches is my name, but you needn't stand on ceremony. Most folks call me Tweedy, and them that don't generally call me Professor in for the bargain, what? That's my line you see, natural magic - I've come up from Dambridge to do a bit of professing at the old Canterlot U. Visiting professor, what? Dashed exciting!
So what does this all mean for you, the viewers at home? Where am I going with this? It's the intersection of things I find interesting and/or amusing: The absent minded professor; the Wodehousian Englishman; the sort of wild, full contact science practiced in the Early Modern period, when it was all but indistinguishable from magic; and, of course ponies. Ponies! Somewhere in there is an ideal balance point - and on that balance point, you'll find Tweed, looking disreputable, and bouncing with joy over an nondescript species of mushroom.
As for me, the player? Well, I've knocked around a fair bit. Played on some little tiny MUCKS that are no longer whinnying with us, and some larger ones, that remain. This is the first pure RP MUCK that I've joined in awhile, and I worry that I may not have the chops I once did. Terribly sorry if I miss a beat now and again! If I'm slacking, just give me a swift kick, and I'm sure I'll try to shape up! Rather enjoyed myself so far, and hope to continue for a long while to come.

I was searching for this thread. I wasn't sure if I was on this forum or not yet. So I either registered or re registered.
I've been in and out of the MLP fandom. What may come across as odd posting here( though not at all odd knowing my history of mu*s) is that I am not much of a fan of FIM MLP. Chalice Flame has been one of my two main MLP chars for quite some time now. My other main pony char being Lucid Dreamer( the pony I named my email after). Chalice Flame has been an alicorn ( way before FIM existed and alicorns were an overdone char theme) and then changed to a pegasus.
When I couldn't play Lucid Dreamer due to the FIM theme, I came back as Chalice Flame. While I was fine with the change for CF, I was not finding any way I could change LD in a way that suited me. I couldn't think of LD without her butterfly style wings anymore. Had always hoped to play LD again somewhere, but given the popularity of FIM MLP only it doesn't seem like LD will make a come back outside of my gallery.
As I've been in and out of mu*s. Lion King early on and rats of Nimh ( or whatever they changed the name to).
I lead a complicated and unconventional lifestyle. I've been in and out of being an artist, mostly due to walking away from conventional working world. Well, that's really true entirelly true either..I guess it's more accurate to say I come and go from it. I've lost track of the jobs that have come and gone for me so quickly. At the moment, I cannot really pursue my art further due to software incompatibility. I suppose when I can work on my art again, I will probably start back up with t-shirt design work. It was the most concrete type of art-work I've ever done. I suppose the only aspect that is steady is the pursuit of a better income and fighting oppression. I'm always fighting, never really settling down. I am at the very core of my being,I am a fighter. Not really the life I choose for myself, but it is what circumstances handed me. Even when I want to give up this fighting and do something else with my life, I am finding it difficult to do so.

Hey all.
Just thought I'd poke this forum and see if it's actually active. I'm only half convinced it is and less convinced I'll actually be able to play the MUCK. Timezone differences are always a pain with roleplay.
But yeah, I'm Zealot. I did a fair bit of forum roleplay a while back and I've sort of got into it again whenever time allows. I've been on and off of MUDs and I've never really grasped their intricacies or had an opportunity to get fully acquainted with them. I'm sure you'll understand when I say that it isn't the most popular activity and finding people to play with is a challenge at the best of times, doesn't help that I'm based in the UK.
Still, I'd like to try again and, with a little bit of help, find some folks to roleplay with. Not sure how things work but I'll probably end up messaging an admin about times people are on and getting a character. I took a look around as a guest but there wasn't anyone on so...
TLDR: Hi. I'm new blood. Help.
Hehe.

Welcome, Zealot! We're here. I hope you enjoy the place and find folks to play with. I do agree time-zones can be a pain. We do have folks from around the world though, so that might help.

Hiya Zealot! There are indeed some UK players on EquestriaMUCK, as well as earlybirds and late owls, so if you try you will get some RP. Our peak time is usually evening in the U.S., though.

We have a handful (hoofful?) of players based in the UK, so you're definitely not alone here. Heck, we have one player in Australia! We'd be glad to have you here

Hey folks,
Thanks to Solar Solstice, Derpy and Dusk for the warm welcome. Glad to see this forum is still active, not only that but there are some UK roleplayers, excellent.
I shall put up a separate thread elsewhere so that I might find a group and get a character on the MUCK.
Looking forward to seeing you guys around.

Hello everypony,
My name is Rescue Sunstreak, and thanks to appointment by the command in Canterlot it was decided that I become the first Firefighter Paramedic for Ponyville. Ponyville Station #1 is now open, and sits on maple drive.
A little about myself:
I will not get into my roots, where I grew up and such, if you wish to hear it, you may ask me. However it is not a story for young colts or fillies, so bare that in mind. I joined the Equestrian guard when I was of age, and served 4 years as a corpsman, including a year as a combat medic. After my duty was over, I applied and joined the Canterlot FD as a firefighter, working in station #3 for 5 years, I worked up to Paramedic 2. A chance to work in the field came and I took it, leaving CFD I became the paramedic first responder for a large logging camp in the north of Equestria where I have been the last 5 years.
I received a direct message from CFD command to report to ponyville, and, here I am. You will find the station on Maple drive, and the doors are always open no matter the day or time. Ponyville also has a brand new set of response wagons, one pump and ladder, one rescue and transport. Come on by, bring the little ones and look around. If I am not in, or sleeping, perhaps the probie can help you, On that note please welcome Calbee, the young griffon has detiaced his heart and courage to becoming the first firefighter to join the PVFD.
On that note, we are accepting applications for a new volunteer fire brigade. Ponyville just is not big enough yet to support a full staff, but if we have ponies that wish to join up, to support their community and serve equestria a few days a month, we can fill out the ranks, and do some good.
