The wizards have decided to open auditions for the FC part of Twilight_Sparkle. The auditions will begin tomorrow, Wednesday July 11 and conclude on Tuesday night, July 17th. If you are interested in the part, please contact EconomistBrony. You may either:

ProgrammerPony and Derpy will be acting as primary moderators and judges for the audition, and will be blind as to the identity of the candidates auditioning. They will give EconomistBrony a recommendation, at the end of all the auditions. In the event of each recommending a different candidate, EconomistBrony will act as tiebreaker.

The audition will consist of four primary parts.
First, the candidate is expected to provide a pre-written description of the character, in order to show familiarity with the character and a basic level of writing skill.
Second, the candidate will be asked several questions related to the aforementioned forum posts on FC responsibilities and MUCK policy. They will, of course, be allowed to access these same posts at the time. The point of these questions is not to see repetition, but a deep level of understanding of the MUCK's culture, its rules, and the responsibilities they have as an FC.
Third, the candidate will be asked to provide an example 'scene set' - a pose that establishes, from scratch, a scene that others could take part in. Since FCs are expected to be catalysts of RP across the MUCK, we believe this is an important skill to have.
Fourth, the candidate will take part in a 'sample' RP with the wizstaff. The point of this RP is to show a passion for the part and a deep understanding of the character.
We will be looking for a few specific things in the candidates. These are:

Players will see these familiar names (Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, etc.) and will, by nature, see them as heroes and ambassadors of the MUCK. As such, the players have a great responsibility to act in a way that is consistent with all of the elements of harmony, as embedded in the second overarching rule.
